For me it was a case of Daniel to the rescue!
I had been living in Scotland for about a year, and the tenant I rented my house to in Winchester, had literally done nothing in the garden. Daniel had been recommended by my estate agent, and very quickly called back, then arrived on time and took time to assess the situation.
He sorted out what was essential, nice to have, and not relevant given I had decided to put the house on the market. Over a three-day period, he and his colleague Tim, worked in a systematic, and extremely professional way, always checking with exactly what I wanted, like how much cut off the conifer boundary. Respectful, communicative advisors, hardworking and extremely knowledgeable and competent, and not to forget very very tidy, as they went about their work.
My only regret is that I now live 400 miles away, or Daniel would have been my ongoing Adopted Gardener for sure.
